Designing a Seamless Digital Guest Experience
E EZStay™ is a hospitality technology platform designed to simplify the guest journey through a seamless, contactless digital experience. I worked on creating intuitive UI/UX experiences that connect hotel guests with essential services while making complex hotel operations easier to manage.
The product brings multiple hotel services into one connected digital experience — from check-in and room service to housekeeping, concierge, restaurant bookings, wellness services and digital checkout.
My focus was on creating a clean, intuitive and scalable interface that works effortlessly for both guests and hospitality teams. The experience was designed to reduce friction, simplify navigation and make every interaction feel fast, clear and premium.
